12:00–13:00 / Basics of public speaking
  • Overcoming fear of public speaking.
  • Consider fear and anxiety as a motivating force to ebb through circumstances with acceptance.
  • Try to make eye contact right from the start.
  • Use relatable language; it will help engage the audience and increase their understanding of the speech.
13:00–14:30 / How self-esteem affects others' impression
  • Gain confidence in your abilities
  • Moral Judgment Stages: Individuals describe their Real, Ideal, and Dreaded Selves with stereotypical labels, such as "nice" or "bad".
  • Ego Development Stages: Individuals describe their Ideal and Real Selves in terms of traits that are based on attitudes as well as actions.
14:30–16:00 / Empathy skills for better adaptivity
  • Learn to understand your audience and interact with it
  • Sympathy and compassion for others in response to their pains.
  • Self-centered feelings of discomfort and anxiety in response to another's suffering.
16:00–17:30 / Artistry: everything is good in moderation
  • Capture the attention of listeners with your management skills
  • Facial expressions and gestures
  • The emphasis on the words and calls to action
